This half-day workshop will provide you with the space and tools to foster community that is sustainable, equitable, and inclusive for library workers in their early, mid, or late career.
The program will begin with an engaging ‘worknote’ with Jen Lara, the inaugural Tig H. Krekel director of The Center for Coaching and Mentoring at the United States Naval Academy, and will provide structured activities to build community. Participants will leave with a community roadmap to continue connections beyond the event.
This program has been approved for 2.5 contact hours of continuing education for attendees. Attendees must stay for the entire conference to receive all 2.5 contact hours. Program Pricing:Members: $25Non-members: $37.50Student membership or retired membership: $12.50

Cancellation Policy
We will refund your event registration fee, minus a 7% processing charge, if you request a refund in writing to mla@mdlib.org at least four (4) days before the event date. Cancellation requests received after that deadline are not eligible for refunds, but you may request a credit instead. To request a credit, email mla@mdlib.org before the event starts. All credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. No refunds or credits can be issued for requests made after the event has started.
