Annual Awards Nomination Form

Deadline: November 15, 2026

Awards will be presented on Friday, May 7th, 2027 during the MLA Annual Business meeting at the 2027 MLA|DLA Annual Conference in Cambridge, MD.

Please note that nominations should include concrete examples of the accomplishments of the nominee to support the nomination. Nominations without supporting documentation of accomplishments will not be considered by the Awards Committee.
