Adult Programming Unconference

Description

Have you had great adult programs at your library that you’d love to share? Are you looking for new ideas? Do you want to talk to other librarians about what makes a successful adult program? Come discuss adult programming in a flexible, conversational format with staff from around the state. 

The Unconference format depends on you, so come ready to share your ideas and participate in discussion! Sign-in will open at 12:30. Bring your own lunch and join in on networking before the program, which will begin promptly at 1:00.

Registration Options

Public: $37.50

Member: $25

Student, Retiree, Unemployed, and Friend: $12.50

Refund Policy

We will refund your event registration fee, minus a 7% processing charge, if you request a refund in writing to mla@mdlib.org  at least four (4) days before the event date. 

Cancellation requests received after that deadline are not eligible for refunds, but you may request a credit instead. To request a credit, email mla@mdlib.org before the event starts. All credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. No refunds or credits can be issued for requests made after the event has started.

Location

This event will take place in-person at the Abingdon Branch of the Harford County Public Library system on December 8th, 2026. Sign-in begins at 12:30pm; the event begins promptly at 1:00pm.
