Description

MLA Chats is a new virtual quarterly forum where MLA members can participate in a facilitated discussion on topics impacting their work and librarianship in general. April's session will focus on motivating and developing staff well-being, mentoring and professional development, and DEI in workplace culture. This session will be facilitated by Ana Carroll of Baltimore County Public Library and Becky Hass of Anne Arundel County Library.
