Must have availability to work offsite events, weekends, and evenings.

$45,825.00 - $73,320.00 annually plus benefits

The initial compensation for this position generally falls between $45,825.00 and $48,116.25, contingent upon relevant experience and qualifications.

Location: Library Administrative Building in New Windsor, MD

Job summary

Utilizes marketing, public relations, social media, and event coordination to increase awareness of Carroll County Public Library.

Education and Experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• Four or more years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience
